Scholes (Elmet) Primary is a ‘one and a half form entry’ school. This means we take up to 45 pupils each year. Classes are limited to a maximum of 30 children in Reception, Year 1 and 2 (like all schools), and classes in Years 3 to 6 are usually around this size, too.

Yesterday, children had two science workshops delivered by students from Leeds University. The workshops helped consolidate our learning on the human body. One workshop focused on the circulatory system and the other on what humans need to survive.
